I realise that when you are new here, it can be a little daunting about where to start.

Although it is ancient medicine, it is new to us Westerners (as we are fondly called by the Mountain people), so I want to give you an easy way to explore.

The way I see it, we each have an indigenous soul within us that’s waiting to be awakened. It’s like an old language inside of us, that’s almost familiar, but you haven’t spoken it for soo long, that you may need a travel guide to begin.
